Our Approach - what we do and how we do it

For the Empact team, our focus is all about how we can help you to achieve your goals, and live a full and happy life. We know that client-centred care and collaboration with your family, formal and informal supports, is key to you helping you achieving what is important to you. It also makes working with us easy and enjoyable.

Our therapy plans are evidence-based and use best practice techniques and supports. We are constantly improving our knowledge and skills, so you get the best care we can provide.

We come to you. Whether it’s at home, work, school or in the community, we come to where works best for you.

We’re committed to supporting clients across cities, regional and rural areas. Lots of our team members come from small communities and know how hard it can be to get services there. Ensuring access to as many people as possible is important to us.

Our Team

Our clinical team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists has extensive experience and expertise in the disability sector. They’re also passionate about what they do and driven to support you to reach your potential. Our interdisciplinary approach means that each participant receives the services and supports that are most appropriate to them, with team members working together closely to make sure this happens at every stage.
