Our passionate team of therapists is dedicated to helping participants achieve their goals, through individualised and flexible therapy plans. Using a team-based interdisciplinary approach plus evidence-based best practice, we collaborate with everyone involved in each participants’ care. Our support empowers them to achieve the best possible outcomes and realise their full potential.
We provide supports and services in your home, workplace, school, community facilities - wherever will work best, we come to you. We’re also working to provide access to all participants and their families, whether they live in urban, regional or rural Victoria.

We pride ourselves on working closely with participants, alongside their families and carers. This means you can continue your therapy and progress in between our visits.
We’re really excited about the difference that our interdisciplinary approach makes. Our Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists work together to ensure that each participant gets the services and supports that are most appropriate for what they need, and the goals they want to achieve.

Supporting you through COVID-19
We’re committed to continuing to support all our clients, their families, carers and other supports through the challenges created by COVID-19. This includes in-person appointments where appropriate, as well as phone and online appointments. This ensures that everyone can still receive the care and support they need, whilst keeping us all safe and well.
